Mom has been making these faces and talking that language which I haven't heard since ... well ... we were back home with Shreve. I think baby talk and dog talk are one in the same, at least many of the phrases Fran uses are the same:

"You're such a good boy."
"Aren't you a cutie pie"
"Do you have to go pottie?" (hopefully she won't forget and accidentally send Ruslan out back to 'do his business')
