Taste of Spring

Today's blue skies and 60-degree-temperatures brought out the duckies, doggies and kiddies. Mama took her own kids, all three of them, out to Canyon Lake Park around mid morning for a stroll. Shreve had to stop and smell the, well, dead grass and posts and such every couple seconds or so, and Anna threw her sippy cup down to the ducks, but we all had fun. After a bit of strolling around the lakes we paused for a snack (Shreve waited for the children to share). The winter hasn't been too bad so far, but this taste of spring makes you long for better days.
