Do they make these things for adults?

Day Two with Ruslan this morning.
Second Verse, Same As The First.
They brought him out to us, and he began crying again. Red face. Swelling eyes. Tears streaming down his cheeks. Cries echoing throughout the music hall.
But then something magical happened. It was a moment -- a rare one -- of symmetry between the two countries, one of the first times we had seen both medical communities agree on the treatment of their infants.
The caregiver stuck a pacifier in his mouth.
And he was quiet.
It was the first pacifier we had seen in Russia. Another American couple here in our hotel adopting even said that she was reprimanded by caregivers for placing one in their child's mouth. So we were stunned when their staff placed one in his mouth.
So we will be going out shopping for pacifiers tomorrow. Do they make them for teen-agers? (I don't want to hear any complaints when we give him a curfew).

Hey, if you turn the pacifier around the right way, he might enjoy it even better and stay quieter longer. Gotta love those pacis!!!
Love,
Mom
