What's in a name?

Ruslan is a fairly common Russian boys name .. it means "curly" or "happy"

Zukhran must have been misspelled, because the Russian girls name is commonly Zukhra, though I can't find what its translation is.

Fran and I plan to rename them with Russian-American names (early on we had been leaning toward Anna -- which means "grace of God" in Russian -- and Alexander). We will keep their Russian names as their middle names ... though the little girl may be one of the few American girls in the country with a Z. for a middle initial.
